Parents,

It’s that time of year again!  For those of you new to Parkview Soccer, parents get the opportunity to help in several ways.  One is taking turns working in the concession stand.  Attached is the 2010 Concession Duty Assignment.  Please check for your dates and mark your calendar.

·         No experience is necessary.  I will be in the stand with you and I give on-the-job training.

·         Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

·         Only one adult per family is needed.  No children, please.

·         Concession duty is not optional.  If you are unable to work at your assigned time, please make arrangements for a replacement. This is your responsibility.  Should you not show up for your duty, you will be fined $25.00, rescheduled for additional concession stand duty and your son/daughter will have work duties.

·         If a game is cancelled for whatever reason on your day to work, you are expected to work when that game is made up.

·         You will not be assigned to work when your child is playing.

·         Due to everyone’s busy schedules, we will not be able to make reminder calls.

·         JV parents are scheduled to work during varsity post-season games (playoff games for the state tournament). This is so when your child is a varsity player you can enjoy the games.  Please make note of these dates – April 27 & 28, May 4 & 5, May 7 & 8, May 11 &12, May 14 &15.  Varsity playoff games are after the JV season is completed.  The concession duty assignments are on pages 5, 6, & 7 of the schedule.  Your team mom will provide further information.

·         Varsity parents are scheduled to work during the JV championship playoffs.  This works much like the varsity post-season games in that the higher seed team has home field advantage.  The dates for these games are March 31, April 14 & 17.  The concession duty assignments are on page 8 of the schedule.  Your team mom will provided further information.

We provide a full menu on the nights when there are two games. On the nights when there is a single game, we may have a limited menu.

We invite you and your family to dine with us.  The profits are used to support the Parkview Soccer program.
